The squiggly path that led me here.

Here’s the short version: I help people feel less alone in their work and more confident in who they already are.

I’ve been a freelancer, a full-time community lead, a designer, a strategist, a speaker, and always someone who listens first. I’ve been laid off. Hired back. Burned out. Reignited. I’ve worked solo, inside startups, and across global teams. But the constant through all of it?

Connection. Care. Community.

I create spaces (both online and in real life) that feel safe for you to be yourself. I write about things people are usually afraid to say out loud. And I remind people they don’t need to hustle to be worthy.

Because we’re all already enough.
